Product Description:
The JHWB-1320 features outstanding flow and dispersion properties, allowing it to efficiently blend and adsorb sludge. The resulting cationic floccules promptly occupy the spaces between fresh fibers. This enhances the consistency and filtration efficiency of the paper, decreases impurities, reduces the white water concentration, prolongs the longevity of the felt, and eases the environmental burden associated with sewage treatment.
It is versatile and suitable for various paper types, such as corrugated paper, boxboard paper, and cardstock paper.

Applications:
Method of Addition:
Dilute the additive with a metering pump and continuously add it after the sludge injection pump. The initial dosage should be within the range of 0.2-0.8 kg per ton of paper. The dosage can be adjusted gradually based on changes in sludge concentration and performance indicators.
Position for Adding Sludge:
It is recommended to add the sludge either before the slurry mixer or at the inlet of the slurry pump.
Range of Sludge Addition:
The optimal range for sludge addition is from 10 to 50 kg per ton of paper. It is essential to monitor and adjust the dosage to maintain the desired outcome.
